Bring one commercial question.
An operating review is thirty minutes on one platform you own, operate, or are pricing. No deck, no pitch.
- The agenda
- Your question first. Then where I’d look for the demand that isn’t booking, what to measure to size it, and an honest read on fit: whether ZTS is the right help, or who is.
- Who should come
- Whoever owns the number: operating partner, CEO, COO, or CRO. One person is fine; bring the ops lead if you want the call to get specific.
- Bring if you have it
- Last month’s call counts and booked-job counts, or nothing. The call works either way; the numbers make it sharper.
- Confidentiality
- Nothing you share leaves the call, no system access is needed or requested, and an NDA before the call is fine: send yours or ask for mine.
- What happens next
- Usually one of two things: nothing further, or a Revenue Leak Read: two weeks, fixed fee, one platform, ending in a decision meeting rather than a proposal.
- Before the call
- If you want the context, the field study is a fifteen-minute read and most callers arrive with one finding they want to argue about.
If the scheduler doesn’t load, book directly on Google Calendar or email Zaha.
